Adhering to local government guidelines and standards of hygiene from WHO, we have heightened our cleaning and sanitizing measures extending from guest areas to supply chain deliveries, culinary preparation areas, and housekeeping standards. Guests wellbeing will be enhanced by limited contact and social distancing from check-in procedures to dining experience.

Due to current condition as a result of the impact of Covid-19 pandemic in Bali and the ongoing travel restrictions from international destinations; both of our resorts, The Sakala Resort Bali and Camakila Tanjung Benoa Bali will be running on limited facilities and services until official travel restrictions into Indonesia are partially or totally lifted.

As for now, all of the food and beverage outlets and other facilities remain temporarily closed, therefore breakfasts will be served to the room to ensure health and safety protocols and a la carte menu is available with one day prior pre-order. All inclusive packages are currently suspended too.
Massage treatments is still possible with prior reservation minimum 1 x 24 hours, and treatments will be set in the privacy of your room.
Prior to entry at the resort, temperature checks are conducted of every person in each vehicle to ensure safety. Hand sanitizers/disinfectants are conveniently placed all around the resort for easy access to guests and staff.
Focusing on high-touch surface areas, we make sure to sanitize and disinfect these areas around the resort hourly.
Designated lines with 6 ft apart are now implemented in our lobby areas, making social distancing much easier for guests. Our staff are also equipped with face masks, gloves, and face shields.
Equipped with protective equipment and sanitizers, our housekeeping staff meticulously cleans guest rooms with great care and adhering to our structured sanitary guidelines.
To further encourage social distancing, designated spots are placed at a safe distance within each elevator. Each elevator is sanitized and disinfected hourly.
